A unique position has arisen with one of our highly successful Property Development clients based in Central London. We are searching for the ideal person to make this role their own. The company is tight-knit, with 5 people in total and you will be the glue that holds the team in place.
Ideally you would have had previous experience working in a similar industry and understand the language. This is quite a varied role and will be suitable for someone who absolutely loves taking responsibility, taking people under their wing and even implementing new systems that may work more efficiently.
You will act as the first point of contact for clients, admin support the team with where necessary (including the CEO) and the general smooth-running of the office.
Your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Booking/arranging client meetings for the CEO
- Preparing all relevant documentation for meetings
- Ordering stationery/office supplies
- Composing/writing letters
- Document management & filing
- Occasionally arranging travel for the CEO
- Being first point of contact for any admin support for the company
You will need to be extremely well organised, hardworking, confident and ideally have come from a Property background.
You must have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with people of all levels.
