We are currently looking for a sales negotiator for a leading residential developer in a scheme based in West London.
The role will be based on-site in a marketing suite working on an exciting regeneration scheme in West London. They are looking for a sales negotiator with new homes experience to embark on this unprecedented opportunity with a thirst for career progression. This is a dynamic development changing the face of the neighbourhood. The apartments and homes are designed with a contemporary look in mind encouraging sustainable living and environmentally friendly.
Your duties will include:
Off-plan sales within a marketing suite
Conducting and booking viewings round the showrooms
Taking enquiries and following up with leads within the marketing suite
Maintain relationship with customers throughout the process up to exchange
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Working within a team to ensure targets are met
The ideal candidate will be:
Have 1-2 years experience in New homes or Estate agency within London
Highly presentable when dealing with face-to-face purchases
Have good computer skills inclusive of excel
Available every weekend
Eager for career progression
Salary and Progression
21k basic salary with a car allowance and OTE 50K
