Onsite Sales Consultant - St Albans

Salary £12 - £13.5 per hour + commission Sector Residential Sales

We are currently seeking a part time (3 days per week) new homes sales negotiator for a busy new homes site in St Albans. The position is based on-site within a sales & marketing suite working as a sales agent for a reputable property company on behalf of a bespoke developer.

This position requires someone with excellent local market knowledge together with an understanding of the new build and off-plan sales processes.

Prior experience within new homes sales is preferable.

The role requirements will include:

  • To effectively manage a sales database to exceed sales opportunities
  • To effectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer service
  • Meet and greet potential buyers
  • Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
  • Manage administrative duties
  • Follow up on potential leads
  • Weekly reporting

The ideal candidate will:

  • Show initiative
  • Have good communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
  • Have the ability to multitask
  • Be highly polished and presentable
  • Proven new homes/ property sales experience
