A global property company are looking for an Operations Manager to manage the delivery of hard and soft services for a shopping centre in Essex.
- Assist with annual service charge budget
- Manage on site team for cleaning, security & maintenance to maintain high standards and best value.
- Manage Health and Safety and Statutory Compliance and environmental activities
- Build and maintain good relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
- Have a good understanding of the retail and leisure industry
- Carry out building inspections
- Update Centre Manager on all retail, property and operational issues.
- Previous FM retail experience
- Excellent operational and technical background
- Desire to deliver 5* customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Previous experience managing a service charge budget
- IOSH or NEBOSH
38,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits.
