We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for a fantastically modern company at the forefront of the proptech industry.
You, the ideal candidate, will be bright, passionate and switched-on, with a natural ability to ease even the most stressed-out customers.
The role will be the driving force behind the customer service team, helping them to be brilliant every day and help the company's customer and contractor relations to run stress-free and seamlessly.
One of the key parts of the role is to ensure that complaints and issues are dealt with quickly, to a good standard and without escalation to the senior team. A natural problem solver, who is not afraid to own the role and run with authority.
We will need to see that you have had previous experience of:
- managing a customer-facing team of four or more people
- making decisions; demonstrating operational excellence
- communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service
You don't have to have experience in the property industry for this role - just a strong drive for excellence, and unmatched people management skills. In return, the company are looking to pay a generous salary of up to £45,000 plus bonus and the opportunity to rise through the ranks of a rapidly growing start-up company.
