This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading and award-winning independent estate agency with linked offices across the Surrey and Hampshire as an Personnel Assistant/Book Keeper providing full office support to the group managing director and ensuring the smooth running of the business at all times.
As the Personal Assistant / Book Keeping it is essential that you work well under pressure and thrive in a busy environment. A 'can do' attitude will be required as well as the ability to work in a team environment and a proven track record to build and maintain excellent relationships with Directors, Managers, Clients and Suppliers.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background in office accounts and book keeping, ideally in Estate Agency however not essential.
The skills required for this PERSONAL ASSISTANT/BOOKKEEPING (ESTATE AGENT) role will include:
- Previous accounts and book keeping experience essential
- Strong PA and organisational skills
- Previous experience in Estate Agency preferable
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Have good knowledge of the area and live locally
