My client, London's market-leading luxury property developer, is looking for dynamic PA to join their West London team as PA to their Sales Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual develop their career in one of the most well respected property firms and to support the Sales Director and Managers in the administrative duties behind the sales of their high-end residential schemes.
The PA's role will involve:
1:1 PA duties for the Sales Director including - diary/inbox management, travel coordination, meeting coordination, report writing etc.
Generating reports, market research, board reports and schedules to time
Updating the rotas for Sales Advisors
Maintaining and updating the divisional budget
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth work flow
Liaising with external parties involved in the sales process e.g. solicitors, interior designers, agents, buyers to coordinate works accordingly
General office administrative tasks to support the department
The successful PA will have:
A minimum of 2 years PA/Admin experience within a sales environment (preferably a property/construction company)
A proactive and outgoing mindset
Very strong organisational/good time management skills
An interest in property
