A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced property manager to join a super high end developer based in South West London on part time basis working 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday. You will need exceptional customer service and property management experience, and will have ideally had experience managing a luxury portfolio and dealing with HNWI's. This role is not an office based position; you will be out inspecting properties, meeting and greeting new and existing tenants so will need your own car.

There is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with the interior design and refurbishment of properties.
This position is extremely varied, some of the key duties and responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of high end properties as well as newly built developments
Dealing with all new build snagging issues both post and pre sale
Carrying out property inspections
Preparing property for sale
Liaising with Sales Agents to prepare for sale
Dealing with handover of properties and any service contracts / agreements
Dealing with all maintenance issues
Working closely with the Lettings Manager to organise viewings with potential tenant's and lettings agencies
Organising and managing new tenants expectations for check in
It is imperative for the successful candidate to be:
self-motivated and enthusiastic
experienced in Property Management and understand all the legislation
a problem solver
have strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with tenants both in person and over the phone
be able to build rapport and develop long term relationships
Driving licence and a car are also necessary
