Our client is looking for a tenacious, experienced Sales Person for this exciting opportunity!
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years sales experience in a Sales role and able to demonstrate a excellent knowledge of the Property Industry.

The role of a Personal move consultant is a field based role where you will work from home and be a big part of your local community being the "Go To" Estate Agent.
You will be expected to:
·Getting out into the community and knocking on doors to identify and help prospective customers.
·Carry out a property valuation for a prospective customer and advising them on the best pricing and marketing strategy for their home.
·Attending community networking events.
·Posting videos on social media that put the spotlight on brilliant local businesses, schools or charity events to show that you are an active member of the community – to build your brand.
·Producing video tours of properties that you are selling in order to generate interest and to enhance your profile within the community.
·Pro actively selling the properties you list to the market, arrange and conduct viewings.
·Updating the customer contact system and following up on leads
·Delivering information packs to customers ahead of your valuation appointments in order to give them what they need ahead of the meeting.
You will be good at
·Connecting with people and having great conversations that enable you to understand their needs.
·Producing social media content that highlights your local knowledge and gets across your engaging personality.
·Being comfortable in front of a camera for video content.
·Pitching a sales proposition that matches the customer’s needs and closing with a premium fee.
·Following up on leads and sticking with them long term until you get a result.
·Being coached – be open to constructive feedback and actively seek out new information to improve your performance.
·Communicating, whether that be on the phone or via email and text.
·Working remotely and the ability to get on and deliver without close supervision.
