Our client, a super prestigious new homes developer are actively seeking an on-site sales consultant for a luxury development in Hertfordshire.

The development has a number of incredible facilities and features which are drawing a huge amount of attraction from customer across the county of Yorkshire.

The role would be perfect for someone with strong new homes sales experience looking to join a phenomenal team with lots of expected growth.

The client has an outstanding reputation throughout the UK offering top specification homes in phenomenal settings.

The Role

  • Meet and greet all customers on arrival to the marketing suite
  • Establish good customer relationships
  • Follow up and encourage on all potential sales leads
  • Assist with events and launches
  • Work closely with team and sales manager to hit targets
  • Research the market to provide clients with knowledge and information on developments in surrounding areas
  • Communicate with site managers and development team
  • Maintain regular contact with customers throughout process

The suitable candidate

  • Must have a minimum of a years site sales experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Target driven
  • In return our client is offering

  • Basic salary up to £27,000
  • Realistic OTE of £49,000
