As a project estimator your job will be to provide estimates to customers for a number of different types of home improvement repairs or projects.
Ranging from Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Heating/Boiler works.
The ideal candidate would have a good understanding of the type of services, products and pricing these type of companies are offering.
Engaging with customers and providing support
Providing customer service for business customers, suppliers and direct consumer enquires
Accurately collecting required information for quotes
Allocating best professionals for the right jobs
Obtaining quotes for customers
Be the line of communication between customers and professionals
Scheduling and confirming appointments and prices
Being a brand ambassador, on phone, meetings and events
2 years industry experience
Previous experience from a property maintenance or construction background is a plus
Previous experience working with advance CRM systems like Salesforce is beneficial but not required.
Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
Well organised with ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
Great attention to detail
Previous phone working experience
