Exclusively servicing the Prime Residential market, this Fulham-based specialist Family Office Consultancy provides a range of Project and Property Management services to a client-base comprising some of London and the UK's wealthiest landowners.
Working on behalf of both family offices and an HNWI private-client base, our client seeks two Project Managers to join their Capital Projects team, managing a range of capital expenditure projects comprising new-build, fit-out and refurbishment project consultancy services.
With an enticing range of assets - everything from sleek contemporary apartments, to opulent Victorian mansions, all in London's prime postcodes, as well as the landed estates of rural England - the roles in question are certain to provide ample variety and challenge. This client has also recently undertaken some business overseas and is open to pursuing such instructions more actively, subject to market appetite.
While the roles in question differ in terms of seniority, there are some overarching consistencies which our client has earmarked. The ideal candidates will be Project Managers from a Technical/Construction background - namely any of the following academic disciplines: Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Project Management.
In both instances, our client seeks technically-sound individuals who, critically, given the significant client-facing dimension to the role, are presentable and polished. The successful applicant will be dealing with HNWIs, so needs to be able to conduct themselves accordingly.
The more junior role of the two would be best-suited to candidates of circa 3 - 5 years experience. The successful applicant is likely to be accustomed to overseeing single projects autonomously, escalating to seniors where required.
The more senior role would be well suited to an established and self-governing Project Manager (circa 10 years experience in an equivalent area of the market), responsible for project P&L, contractual appointments, coordinating subordinate members of the Project Management team and overseeing progress across several sites concurrently without compromising on best practice or quality.
Our client is open to meeting candidates from either a consultancy or client-side background - more emphasis will be placed on an understanding of the market.
Salary: More Junior role: £30,000 - £40,000
More Senior role: £60,000 - £75,000
