PROPERTY MANAGER/ADMINISTRATOR Willesden Green NW2 £18-23,000 st experience
This exciting front office role in a well-established estate agency would ideally suit someone with property industry experience who likes dealing with the public, Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
This person must be well spoken and articulate with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing and as the role will involve a certain amount of accounting a good head for numbers is also essential.
This person will have a “can do” positive attitude to things and provide a high level of customer service. Tasks will include dealing with maintenance issues, overseeing contractors, uploading invoices (CFP experience would help) as well as carrying out some inspections and office admin tasks.
Having a driving license would be a big plus as would residency in the immediate area.
