Property Manager
Canary Wharf
Hours:8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday
9:00am-5:00pm every other Saturday, one half day off in the following week
Candidates applying must have experience working in a fast paced environment, be adaptable to
change and be extremely organised with Lettings Administration and Property Management

Job description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our successful Lettings team as a Property Manager. The
role offers the right candidate to be bought into the industry on solid foundations - based at our
Canary Wharf head office. We work with many of the country's leading landlords, investors and
managing agents, ensuring our clients are not only being offered high quality rental properties but are
carefully selected in areas undergoing regeneration for strong investment potential. We're looking for
someone who is pragmatic, persistent and strong willed, who takes pride in delivering exceptional
service levels 100% of the time; most importantly of all, you must thrive on working with people and in
a driven environment.
Main duties:
• Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone
• Ensuring clients' expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them
• Assuring and assisting landlords and tenants
• Achieving and meeting deadlines effortlessly
• Gaining reviews and repeat business from solicitors and clients
• Providing a first class service to all clients
• Qualifying all tenants
• Pragmatically running lets agreed from acceptance to end of tenancy
• Basic ad hoc tasks within the office for the Lettings team
• Managing a portfolio of over 200 properties
• Carrying out property inspections
• Arranging EPC reports, cleaning, check ins/out
