Our client, is an award winning and well-respected local independent agent and they are looking for an experienced Property Manager for their busy Brighton lettings office. 

We are seeking a keen, enthusiastic and responsible individual with a solid background in property management and an extensive knowledge of the residential lettings industry to help with the smooth running of their residential property portfolio.

For this position, you will have outstanding organisational skills and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills in terms of dealing with clients, tenants, suppliers and contractors.

Essential Skills required:

  • Must have previous residential property management experience
  • Good understanding of Lettings and Property Management Procedures
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
  • Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Have a full UK driving licence
  • Have some knowledge of the Brighton area (preferable)
