The role of a Property Manager with us will be to manage our clients extensive property portfolio - currently over 2000 properties.
As a Property Manager your tasks will include organisation of routine visits, gas and electric safety checks, renewals of tenancy agreements including insurance policies, managing the maintenance, control of contractors and progression of works.
The basic salary is £22,000 to £24,000 plus performance related pay.
This could be the ideal role for somebody who is currently carrying out these duties within a Branch and who is looking to move to a more managerial post.
Additionally there is a requirement to understand the law of contract and agency and this requires the completion of the national recognised certificate.
