Fine Homes is now looking for a experienced Lettings Coordinator / Property Manager to support the company growth.

     Main Duties:

  • Develop and maintain a good professional relationship with landlords and tenants.

  • Build connections with suppliers and contractors.

  • Be the first point of contact for landlords and tenants.

  • Manage the reference process for new tenants.

  • Work to generate new business.

  • Keep landlords up to date with information about their property.

  • Visit properties as appropriate.

  • Arrange & co-ordinate the property inspections schedule.

  • Co-ordinate the end of tenancy process including negotiating agreement with landlords and tenants regarding any tenancy deposit dispute.

  • Experience in the Tenant Deposit ADR process is preferable.

  • Able to work to pre-set processes & procedures

  • Property Manager / Lettings Coordinator Necessary Skills, Qualifications a

  • Lettings NFOPP qualification preferred, but NOT essential.

  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in a Lettings role.

  • Up to date knowledge of current lettings legislation essential.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Full driving licence and access to own car essential.

  • Possess good computer skills and a basic knowledge of MS office and use of databases.

  • Good standard of education.

  • Flexible in hours of work dependent on business needs
