We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Property Team Administrator (with a flair for customer care), to join our hardworking, but fun client based in Slough. This role has become available due to an internal promotion.

The Property Team Administrator will provide internal support primarily to the Operations Manager, but also to the wider team when required. This role will work closely with team to provide excellent customer services and to ensure customer's needs are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You will be available to support the management of maintenance & utility contracts and the management of insurance claims within the portfolio.
Although the role is mainly office based (Slough), it would be beneficial to have a driving licence in order to drop off keys or do small customer visits, if needed.
This is a full-time role paying circa £28,000 per annum.
