A London based Real Estate Property brokerage are looking for an experienced broker/relationship manager to join their growing team. This opportunity will provide a great platform for someone to grow their own brand amongst the developers and lenders in the market whilst also being part of an expanding brand in the market.
The company has been established for many years but is only undertaking a period of growth now. The plans for the next year are quite ambitious and it is an exciting time to get on board. The position in the firm is that of a senior property broker so you will need to be able to bring new clients into the business whilst also managing the existing client book.
The firm operates mainly in bridging and mezzanine real estate development finance, but they can also offer finance for both commercial and residential real estate investments. The minimum loan size is £1m but the majority of their deals fall in the region of £5m - £50m. A proven execution track record is essential and the ability to bring in new business cannot be understated.
The successful candidate would:
- Have 2 or more years of Real Estate lending or brokering experience
- Good knowledge and relationship with the lenders in this space
- A ability to work with junior members of staff is essential as they will help provide queries and deal flow also
- Maintain client relations to gain repeat business
It is imperative the successful candidate is used to networking and is comfortable going out and winning new business through both new and existing networks.
The role will have a salary of £50,000 plus a lucrative commission structure.
