We have an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join an exciting property investment company based in Central London.

The Receptionist position would be ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, multi-tasking and the hustle and bustle of working on the front line. Must have at least 6-12 months previous experience working in a similar Reception/Customer Service role.

You will be responsible for providing 5* service, answering the main line telephone/transferring calls appropriately/taking messages, setting up meeting rooms, offering refreshments/meeting and greeting clients, ordering stationary & office refreshments and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

  • A reliable, confident and well-spoken individual
  • Friendly and professional with an excellent telephone manner
  • Smartly dressed and well presented
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic, helpful and have computer literate
