We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join an exciting team in the heart of Soho, St James Square. We are working with a luxurious real estate developer who are growing quickly and in need of a Receptionist to join the head office. You must be well presented, self-motivated and happy to get stuck in! As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact as well as offering administrative duties to provide general support to the office.
This is the perfect job someone who has a year's experience in an office capacity. There is a great opportunity here for someone build a career with one of London's leading luxury real estate developers.
Role will include
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive in office
- Screening incoming calls
- Ensure meeting rooms and kitchen areas are tidy and presentable at all times
- Arrange travel and accommodation as required and directed
- Organise mail and deliveries
- Organise travel for head office
- Ordering supplies for the office
- Office management
- Perform other duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
- Assisting team secretaries
- Solid written and verbal skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multi-tasking and time management
This is a receptionist position however we are looking for bright, sparky, people who have an interest in the development world.
