Receptionist
(at a Property Development)
·Salary: £16,000 to £17,500 / year pro rata
·Location: Nottingham
·Hours: 2 different shifts per day during weekdays and 1 shift on Saturdays
- Hours (these shifts could be job shared between 2 or 3 people)

Monday to Friday
Early Shift: 7:00am to 10:00am
Late Shift: 5:00pm to 9pm
Saturdays
7:00am to 4:00pm
The Client
Working for a prestigious and acclaimed Property Developer who are looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join their team on-site of their latest project.
Main duties (Reporting To Complex Manager)
·Assisting with preparation of Property Fact Sheets
·Assisting with preparation of 'Move In' Pack
·Assisting tenants with enquiries
·Being the friendly face of the development
·Booking Property Inventories
·Checking Keys prior to the Move In
·General Administration Duties including parcels, functions and coffee machines
Main purpose of job
·Be the welcoming face of the development.
·Help to liaise with residents and resolve property management issues relating to the tenants home and their tenancy agreement.
·Assist the Property Manager and Lettings team and ensure the smooth running of the 350 apartment complex.
·Promote resident events.
·Build a good working relationship with residents and be an intricate part of the smooth running of the building.
·Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times
·Assisting in the collation of key performance statistics to head office
·Responding to telephone, website leads & using internal software
·Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
·Answering general enquiries
·Acting as an ambassador and role model for your business
·Being an integral and important part of the team
·Working within an enthusiastic and positive environment
·Producing marketing materials for Complex events.
·Working with & supporting the lettings team
·Ensuring office supplies are up to date
·Adhering to brand values and core beliefs
·Using confidential information with due care and attention
·Being open, honest and acting with integrity at all times
·Ensure that all administration is carried out ethically and in accordance with ARLA requirements.
·Any other duties reasonably requested of you
Skills & Experience:
·Some experience in residential property would be ideal
·Some understanding of a receptionists position perhaps from a hotel environment.
·Knowledge of the lettings process
·Understanding of building processes and issues that can arise.
·Excellent communication and customer service skills
·Problem solving skills
·Work well under pressure
·Strong organisational skills and a professional manner
·First class command of spoken & written English
