Our client who are a small residential investment and property development firm are located in the popular location of West London. They are looking for a receptionist who has 2 years minimum experience with a proven property background.
The right candidate will be available for immediate start and be able to conduct the following duties:
- Answering the phone and distributing messages to the correct individuals
- Have very good phone manner
- Be highly organised and use ones initiative
- Distribute and sort the daily post
- Make sure meeting rooms have been booked properly
- Offer refreshments to clients coming into the office
Key Skills required for the receptionist role are as follows:
- Very strong administration skills
- Extremely organised
- Advanced word/excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong numerical thinking
- Have to be able to manage their time effectively
- Be able to take on additional duties as and when required to do so
**Competitive salary on offer** - depending on the candidates experience they will offer up to £25,000 per annum.
