We are looking for an experienced Regeneration Manager to join a Housing Association based in Central London. The Regeneration Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing proposals to regenerate existing stock.
The successful applicant to the role of Regeneration Manager will have proven experience in a similar role and will be able to provide expert knowledge during resident consultations. We are seeking applications from candidates who have had experience dealing with the front end of the regeneration process from planning into delivery stage.
Key responsibilities within the role will include:
- Resident and community consultation.
- Regenerating existing stock - including building new homes, redevelopment of existing estates and infill sites.
- Managing a staff team, consultants as well as stakeholders.
- Ensure that agreed design standards, costs and timetables are met and procedures are followed in line with decent living standards.
In this role, you must be able to negotiate and have an understanding of building processes in relation to development and refurbishment. You will be able to demonstrate previous planning achievements and be able to develop a project plan setting out the key activities, tasks, timescales and milestones for the project.
