To effectively inspire, lead and manage a team of Branch Managers within the Middlesex Region, ensuring residential property sales are maximised, market share increased and cross selling optimised.
Through your enthusiastic approach to sales, your commercial awareness and entrepreneurial mindset, you will be required to focus on both the micro and the larger strategic sales picture at all times.
Your role will play an integral part in supporting the Managing Director to achieve the business goals and objectives.
• Recruit, develop and retain a team of Branch Managers across the region
• In conjunction with the Managing Director, implement, monitor and evaluate business sales targets to achieve sustained growth in line with Company strategic goals and vision
• Provide leadership, motivation and business development/sales direction to your team whilst demonstrating how they can capitalise on sales opportunities and improve personal performance
