Our client is a market leading developer who are on the look out for a Regional Sales Manager to drive and manage their sales strategy and targets. They operate both in London and the Home counties. The requires previous New Homes or property management experience and an ability to lead a team of third party sales agents. The suitable candidate will have experience and knowledge of sales strategies and be able to impart industry knowledge to clients.

The following attributes are essential:
- Lead and manage a team of third party agents to achieve targets
- Advise and drive sales targets
- Minimum of three years managerial experience within the New Homes industry
- Responsible for advice, input and performance for own developments Overseas including launches
- Extensive experience of reporting and pricing developments as well as conduction sufficient market research
- Proven ability to drive and assist a powerful sales team
- Exceptional computer skill, including Excel
A basic salary of £60,000 is on offer with and OTE of £85,000 + other benefits.
