Deverell Smith are working with one of the UK's most famous developers who are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their new team based in Birmingham.
Our client is renowned for developed high end luxury homes in both London and the surrounding Home Counties. They have recently expanded their business and are therefore seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join the team. This person will be based predominantly in Birmingham, however, will be travelling around various scheme including the Oxfordshire patch.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to see long term career progression within their next role. You will be involved at the very early stages of not only the development process, but also the beginning of a brand new division for the company. This role would suit someone who has a senior sales/management experience who is looking to progress their career rapidly.
This role would suit anyone who is looking to relocate from London to Birmingham or anyone who has current Res Dev experience within the Midlands/Oxfordshire area.
The role will involve:
- Offering high level advice on pricing, strategy, marketing material etc.
- Optimisation of the schemes
- Developing the sales team and running this side of the business
- Managing sales consultants and sales agents to ensure targets are hit and overachieved where possible
The ideal candidate will have:
- An eye for specification/detail
- Excellent knowledge of the Residential Development market
- Proven management/Senior Sales experience within new homes
- Excellent IT skills
- Good self-motivation and no need for micro management
- The ability to drive and lead a team
- The ability to be creative and produce ideas to help grow the team and business
Basic Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Commission
