We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join a stand-out and bespoke residential developer to oversee and maintain consistent and successful sales across their schemes throughout London.
This region holds a desirable and varied portfolio of developments throughout London and subsequently requires someone with experience in multi-site management, scheme optimization and international launching.
This role will also provide the opportunity for international travel for the launches of global exhibitions alongside overseeing the sales and marketing strategy.
The following experience is intrinsic to the success of application:
- Regular reporting to director level
- Knowledge of wider London new homes market
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience within New Homes
- Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Excel
- Ability to drive sales teams efficiently
- Track record of successful international exhibitions
- Experience of reporting, pricing developments
- Experience in collating market research
