We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join a stand-out and award-winning residential developer to oversee and maintain consistent and successful sales of new homes across their schemes throughout the South East of England.
This region holds a desirable and highly sought-after portfolio of developments throughout the region and subsequently requires someone with experience in multi-site management, scheme launching and sales delivery.
This role will also provide the opportunity for international travel for the launches of global exhibitions alongside involvement in the sales and marketing strategy.
The following experience is intrinsic to the success of application:
- Regular reporting to director level
- Knowledge of wider new homes market
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience of large teams within property/ new homes
- Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Excel
- Ability to drive sales teams efficiently
- Track record of sales delivery
- Experience of reporting and pricing of developments
- Experience in collating market research
