We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join an award-winning residential developer to oversee and maintain consistent and successful sales of new homes across their schemes throughout the South East of England.
This region holds a desirable and highly sought-after portfolio of developments and subsequently requires someone with experience in multi-site management, scheme launching and sales delivery.
The following experience is intrinsic to the success of application:
- Regular reporting to director level
- Knowledge of wider new homes market
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience of large teams within property/ new homes
- Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Excel
- Ability to drive sales teams efficiently
- Track record of sales delivery
- Experience of reporting and pricing of developments
- Experience in collating market research
