Regional Sales Manager (South East)

Salary £60000 - £90000 per annum Sector New Homes

Our client is looking for an outstanding candidate for their Regional Sales Manager role across the South East of England. You will be responsible for the management and performance of all sales teams covering both Private and shared ownership schemes, ensuring all targets are met and exceeded. This will mean ensuring that recruitment is kept to a high standard, training standards are upheld and address any under performance accordingly. Our client is a design led developer with a clear vision and high standards, they place real importance on customer service and efficient sales process.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage, lead and develop sales team across the region
  • Concise reporting across performance metrics and KPIs
  • Recruitment and training
  • Oversee sales progression timelines
  • CRM management

Person specification

  • Clear and considerable management experience, delivering on sales targets year on year
  • Customer service knowledge and experience implementing processes
  • A clear leader with presentation skills
  • Approachable, enthusiastic and driven
  • In depth knowledge of private and shared ownership development processes
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and analytical skills

Salary £60,000 basic with OTE £90,000
