Renewals Negotiator

Salary £16000 - £19000 per annum + OTE £45,000 Sector Estate Agency

My client is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven Renewals Negotiator to join their highly reputable company based in West London. The Renewals Negotiator will drive and negotiate ongoing contracts within the property portfolio whilst also providing the client with a first class experience. The Renewals Negotiator will deliver outstanding customer service whilst taking responsibility for leading negotiations in a way to maximise the revenue for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate the contract renewal between the tenant and landlord
  • Justifying fee's and adding value
  • Communicate with the accounts department
  • Build and maintain relationships with both the tenant and landlord
  • Put together accurate memorandum's to outline and secure what has been agreed with the tenants
  • Issue memorandum's to both parties as soon as agreement is reached
  • Chase all outstanding paperwork until the deal is signed and completed
