A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established independent Estate Agency based in Epsom, Surrey: our clients require a full-time Sales Progressor to join their busy and successful team and to manage a very substantial business pipeline of current sales.  The hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm and the role is office based so no car is required.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is determined and driven: you must have previous experience in residential estate agency or conveyancing and have a full understanding of the property sales process.

You will have fantastic communication skills; be able to work on own initiative and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with Solicitors, mortgage lenders and Estate Agents and report back to the vendors and purchasers.

Essential Skills required:

  • Previous Sales Progression experience essential
  • First class communication skills
  • Diplomatic and with problem solving abilities
  • Work to strict deadlines
  • Self-Motivated
  • Great attention to detail
  • Work under pressure
  • A “Can do” positive approach
