Residential Sales Negotiator - Central London

Salary £20000 - £25000 per annum + OTE £50,000+ Sector New Homes

I am currently looking for a Residential Sales Consultant to join one of London's top consultancies within their Residential Development department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most well regarded property companies and you will be expected to sell across their portfolio of New Homes. This is a pure sales role and the ideal candidates will be driven, experienced and have extensive knowledge of the London property market.

To be considered for this position you must have;

  • Extremely good knowledge of the London property market
  • Property experience, ideally within New Homes
  • A proven, property sales background - experience within one of London's top consultancies would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to develop long lasting relationships with clients
  • IT skills, inclusive of Excel
  • A driven, ambitious attitude with a view to grow within a company
  • The ability to cope well under pressure

Please note, property sales experience is critical in order to be considered for this role.

The role will involve;

  • Being responsible for the possession of instructions
  • Negotiating, handling and progressing sales
  • Communicating with everybody involved in the sales process
  • Ensuring the sale is dealt with in an efficient, professional manner at all times
  • Being responsible for presenting the properties to the market
  • Working to targets
  • Developing and maintaining close contact and an excellent relationship with clients
  • Constantly developing knowledge of the industry as well as direct competitors
  • Being based within head office, you will be required to do some views and attend some site launches
  • Working Monday - Friday with some weekends should you be required to attend a launch

The Salary on offer is completely dependent on experience but will be circa £25,000 basic with a good on target earning.
