Assisting the Partners of the London office with retail sector rent review, lease renewal and arbitration instructions. Also, an involvement with retail agency disposals/acquisitions and asset management situations for the firm's investor clients.
The specific balance of work may depend upon the aptitude of the candidate, but overall there is scope to get involved with a range of interesting retail property matters and this is not just a job where there is a list of rent reviews to grind out.
The preferred candidate will be RICS qualified with 0 to 4 years subsequent experience.
Retail sector experience is essential. Likely to be employed in a Central London firm but applications from candidates working regionally will not be dismissed.
Full driving licence required.
According to experience
£32,500 -£50,000 PLUS:
£5,000 Car Allowance
