SALES AND LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR is required for our clients in Hendon, North West London
* Sales and Lettings Administrator
* Location: Hendon, North West London
* Salary: Paying up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
* Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6.30pm
You will be required to assist in the general day to day activities such as organise property maintenance, produce letters correspondence to Landlords, Tenants etc, handling of tenant deposits and inputting of management invoices onto the software package. Some Sales Administration would also be required within this role.
The successful candidate will be of smart appearance, have a good telephone manner and be reasonably well spoken. This is a varied role and you will need to be bright, confident and with a flexible can do attitude.
Duties required within the Sales and Lettings Administrators position:
* General office administration
* Covering pre-let administration
* Preparation of property details
* Deposit registration
* Pre-let maintenance
* Typing up sales memo’s
Requirements for the Sales and Lettings Administrator position;

* Excellent understanding of Lettings
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent PC Skills
