Based in Yorkshire, our clients are a successful and highly regarded multi-site Estate and Lettings Agency, who enjoying an enviable reputation and market presence.
Due to continued success, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agency Administrator, working across both Sales and Lettings to join the team.
Based in the York office, this fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:
•Ensuring client files are up to date and in order at all times.
•Using the in-house CRM database, inputting client details and maintaining records.
•Typing and uploading property details.
•Prepare and issue Sole Agency and Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements, along with serving legal notices to tenants.
•Organising and uploading property photographs.
•Arranging and coordinating the printed advertising.
•Emailing property details out to clients on a daily basis.
•Dealing with any issues arising from client files.
•Filing, emailing and all other administrative duties as and when required.
•Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.
You will already be an experienced Administrator with a background in Estate Agency, ideally across both Sales and Lettings.
•Strong communication and time management skills.
•Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
•A keen eye for detail.
•A pleasant telephone manner.
•Able to deal with multiple tasks and prioritise.
•Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.
•Able to work to deadlines.
•A willingness to go the extra mile.
•Knowledge of the sales and lettings process.
•£16,500pa to £18,500pa depending on experience
•Uncapped commission structure
