Sales & Lettings Administrator – Estate Agency
An experienced and well organised Sales & Lettings Administrator is needed in the Cheam area. This is to work on a Part-Time basis with a smart Estate & Lettings Agent who have an excellent local reputation.
Previous experience as an Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Administrator would be exceptionally helpful because the role is to support their busy team and it will mean jumping straight in!
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in office administration and ideally have experience in Estate Agency and preferential consideration will be given to candidates with a background in the property sector.
You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload, work to deadlines and have excellent computer skills – Good on the phone and great with people!
You will need to be a confident working within a busy sales & lettings team as well as working on your own initiative.
The skills required for this Sales & Lettings Administrator (Part-Time) role will include:
- Previous experience in an Estate Agency Sales or Lettings preferred
- Previous administration experience in both sales & lettings
- Good computer and software skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
