Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Estate Agent
We are seeking a SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR with proven record of sales who is confident, mature, responsible and highly motivated. The perfect candidate must be able to build and maintain relationships with people and be someone who has an understanding of what customer service really means.
This role covers both lettings and sales, so the ideal candidate will already have some experience in either Sales and/or Lettings as well as being able to illustrate successes that they have had in the industry to date. You should be smart, well-presented, articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunities.
The skills required for this SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR (ESTATE AGENT) role will include:
- Previous Estate Agency experience (Sales or Lettings)
- Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Richmond and surrounding area helpful
- Full UK Driving License
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
