New Homes Sales Consultant - Canary Wharf
We are currently working with one of London's Largest Global property agencies who have been instructed on a unique development in Canary Wharf. They are actively looking for a Sales Consultant to join the team ASAP.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a negotiator to get into New Homes from a Sales or Lettings background or alternatively someone looking for a new role with a background in New Homes Sales.
- Liaising with a wide variety of clients visiting the marketing suite
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with team and sales manager to hit targets
- Researching the market to provide clients with insights on the local area
- Communicating with site managers and development team
- Working in a target driven environment to ensure sales targets are achieved and over exceeded where possible
The suitable candidate:
- Previous New Homes sales/property sales experience
- Strong organisation skills/ability to multitask
- Interest in the new homes industry and progression
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work Saturday's
- Desire to learn
- Worked with high net worth individuals previously
Salary £25,000 and OTE of £40,000
5 Days a week Mon-Saturday
