We have been instructed by one of London's largest housing associations to find a New Homes Sales Consultant to be based on a new scheme in East and South London.
Our client is one of the largest developers in London and are known for producing excellent shared ownership and private properties. The company is growing rapidly so will offer a lot of career progression in the future.
This role will be based in a sales and marketing suite onsite. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site, welcoming potential purchases, meeting and exceeding targets and to offer excellent customer service at all times.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven track record of property sales, preferably within new homes
- Ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proven track record of providing high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Presentation and Networking Skills
- Excellent computer literacy, inclusive of Microsoft Excel
The role is offering:
- £24,000 - £26,000 basic OTE £40,000
