This residential developer is subsequently seeking an experienced property sales negotiator join them, who preferably understands the off-plan sales process.
Our client is not only forward thinking, but has an excellent track record within the new build market. If you are looking to join a successful team, with an opportunity for strong earnings this could be an excellent consideration.
- Sell off plan apartments/ new homes within a sales & marketing suite
- Manage and negotiate the sales process through to completion
- Maintain the marketing suite presentation to the highest standard
- When required, conduct market research in order to maintain current new homes industry knowledge
- Weekend work is required
- Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Team effort is intrinsic to the success of the scheme
- Able to work autonomously
- Represent the developer's brand to the highest of standards
- c.£30,000 basic with £60,000+ OTE
