Sales Consultant, New Homes - Kent

We are looking for experienced New Homes Sales Negotiators to work on-site for our hugely successful and well-known developer. They need someone to fit into an established team who can bring knowledge and a fresh approach to sales. The sales journey is much more customer experience focused and consultative, so they are looking for someone who is well-suited to this style. The scheme is a luxury, high end product that is much sought after. The key is to be able to really listen and understand the customer's needs and appropriately match the right product.

Job specification

  • Organise, conduct and follow up on show home viewings
  • Manage incoming leads and show due diligence to those who have shown interest
  • Experience of the New Homes Sales process is essential
  • Management of general upkeep of sales and marketing suite
  • Sales administration

Person Specification

  • Well-presented, personable and engaging
  • Must have experience working on-site for a developer within sales
  • Detailed knowledge of the sales process
  • Team player
  • Ability to bring energy to the team if needed
  • Attention to detail
  • Sales driven

Salary - £25,000 basic with £50,000 OTE
