Sales Consultant - Shepherds Bush
This is a fantastic role for a sales negotiator to join a leading developer to work on site selling luxury apartments.
The ideal candidate should have a property background but ideally experience within the New Homes Market, you will be dealing with a mixture of international and local buyers selling properties off plan working with prospective buyers from their initial enquiry through to completion.
This is an excellent role for someone who is looking to work for a high end developer and progress their career within the new homes market.
- Able to deal with a large scale development
- Follow up and discuss potential leads
- Liaising with Solicitors, financial advisors and Estate Agents through the process
- Speaking to site managers and development teams
- Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the process
- Presenting show flats, models and plans to potential buyers
You will need to have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Being able to look after customers and providing for their needs
- Computer literate
- Confidence and patience when dealing with difficult situations
- Excellent personal presentation when meeting purchases face to face
- Ability to manage time effectively
Salary: £25-28,000, OTE £50-60,000
