The ideal candidate should have a property sales background and ideally new homes experience. You will be dealing with a mixture of international and local buyers selling luxury residential properties off plan, working with prospective buyers from their initial enquiry through to completion.

- New Homes or Estate agency experience
- Following up on leads, building customer relationships and closing deals
- Guiding candidates through the customer journey
- Sales admin and legal sales progression
- Managing sales targets and KPIs
- Expert knowledge in New Homes sales
- Well-presented and articulate

- Customer experience focused
Salary - Basic £26k basic dependent on experience OTE £50,000
