SALES MANAGER - HAVERING
Are you a confident Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager or Lister looking for the next step up?
Our clients are a highly established multi-branch agency based in Essex and require a strong and driven manager determined to excel in this branch.
They are seeking a highly experienced, confident Manager, with a proven track record of listing, excellent leadership and good communication skills for their office. This will suit a professional individual who is smart, with good appearance and the ability to speak to clients at all levels.
As a reputable Manager your role will be to increase the business levels of this already very established office. You should lead by example and gain the best out of your staff through encouragement and training, to develop your team to perform to the best of their ability.
Requirements for the MANAGER position;
* Proven track record as a successful Sales Manager or Assistant Branch Manager
* To manage the day to day running of the business
* Maximising income and profit
* To increase revenue and profitability
* The setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
* Motivating staff with incentives and rewards
* Implementing agreed business plans
* Listing and selling properties
* Strong Leadership skills
* Good motivation skills
Basic: £18,000 - £24,000 per Annum
OTE: £50,000 to £60,000
Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8.30-6.00pm - 5 day week with day off in lieu
Car or Car allowance provided

To be considered for this Manager position, you will need a full driving licence and be able to work on Saturday as part of your working week. In return they offer a good basic salary, plus uncapped commission, the sky really is the limit here.
