My client is a high end independent with great market presence and dominance in the West Kensington area. They are looking for a Sales Manager with a demonstrable track record in Central/West London managing an office of sales negotiators and high net worth properties and individuals.
As a company they have a strong presence but wish to push the sales division further and are looking to speak to instruction takers who pride themselves on winning stock.
Your responsibilities will include:
Management of two negotiators and supporting administrative staff
Working closely with the MD to establish targets and meet set objectives
Updating vendors on progress with sales
Winning new business instructions
