Sales Negotiator – Enfield

You must be a highly ambitious Sales Consultant who is hungry, dynamic and money motivated individual for their Sales Negotiator position. This role will suit someone who can demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets and want the next step for progression and the opportunity to enhance their salary potential.
You will be primarily be taking property details, carrying out viewings, managing a range of buyers, seeing results through to completion and generally providing customer excellence to achieve the best possible service for their clients.
You will be chasing warm leads, ones that have been generated by website enquiries, responding to inbound calls, and speaking with new buyers who walk into the office. You will then construct viewings that match what the buyers are looking for and close offers for your client. Finally the Sales Negotiator will see the sale through from offer to exchange and completion.
The ideal candidate must have previous Sales Negotiator experience of at least 1-4 years solid experience and be both an excellent negotiator and closer. The ability to demonstrate initiative is essential and knowledge of the local area will be preferred although not essential.
Monday to Thursday 9am- 7pm, Friday 9am- 6pm, Saturday 9am- 4pm (with a half day off in the week and one weekend off every 5th Weekend)
