- Arrange valuations and viewings
- Deal with enquiries via email, telephone and face to face
- Negotiate offers
- Conduct viewings when required
- Administrative tasks
- Provide seamless communication between vendors and purchasers
- Conduct occasional property valuations
- Report direct to the Branch Manager
- Inspiring trust and confidence in clients and buyers alike
- Possess a proven track record in property
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Highly self-motivated and driven
- Well presented with effective communication skills
- Have a keen interest in property and previous local experience is desirable but not essential.
