A bespoke and forward thinking London property specialist is looking to hire a Sales Negotiator to join their Knightsbridge Office. Since their inception 40 years ago my client has consistently grown year on year through every type of market.
My client operates across the borough of Chelsea and Kensington in sales, lettings and property management and are market leaders in their niche. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Prime Central London markets for an agency that values its employees.
The successful applicant will ideally have previous area experience in a sales role however my client will look at entry level candidates as long as you are motivated, energetic, well presented and eager to succeed.
Duties will include:
Convert leads into viewings and sales
Liaise with high net worth individuals
Proactively generate new business
Cross sell within the organisation
Hit quarterly KPI's
Support and consult vendors and buyers from offer to completion.
Keep up to date on market trends
Solicit with other agents, surveyors and solicitors on a daily basis.
